¡El 29 de noviembre de 2023, Aladár (7 anos) fue secuestrado de su feliz familia! ¡El Ministerio de Justicia húngaro envió un documento falso a las autoridades centrales españolas, en el que el padre biológico de Aladár afirmaba que ejercía el derecho real de custodia sobre el niño! No lo es era cierto, pues en 2017 el padre renunció totalmente a su derecho de custodia de su pequeño hijo, ¡la madre lo ejerce en exclusiva desde 2017! ¡Aladár fue separado ilegal y forzosamente de su madre y su amada familia por las autoridades húngaras y españolas! Desde su casa en España (SAN MIGUEL DE SALINAS), la policía española sacó por la fuerza a Aladár de su cama, de debajo de su manta, y luego el niño, que luchaba por su vida, fue empujado al coche del padre biológico, que Lo llevó a Hungría y lo escondió de su madre y de su familia. El padre biológico, que durante 5 años ni siquiera preguntó "¿cómo está Aladár?", pone desde entonces en grave peligro al pequeño, lo separa de su familia y de su madre, lo amenaza, lo intimida y ¡Lo mantiene bajo terror mental! La última vez que Aladár vio a su madre fue el 4 de enero de 2024, cuando ella le preguntó: "¡Madre! ¡Envíame a la policía, llévame a casa, Ádám me está haciendo daño!". Desafortunadamente, el tribunal húngaro otorgó la custodia a un padre tan negligente y abusador de niños, ¡ni la policía ni todo el sistema de protección infantil PROTEGIÓ A ALADÁR! ¡Por eso se preparó la petición, para que las autoridades húngaras y el tribunal lo devuelvan a su amada familia! ¡Aladár fue privado de su familia, de su madre y de sus derechos humanos y su dignidad como resultado de un crimen!

2023. november 29-én a 7 éves Aladárt elrabolták boldog családjából! A Magyar Igazságügyi Minisztérium hamis dokumentumot küldött ki a spanyol központi hatóságoknak, melyben Aladár biológiai apja azt állította, hogy a tényleges felügyeleti jogot a gyermek felett ő gyakorolja! Ez nem
volt igaz, mert az apa 2017-ben teljes körűen lemondott kisfia felügyeleti jogáról, azt az édesanya gyakorolta 2017 óta kizárólagosan!

Aladárt a magyar hatóságok és a spanyol hatóságok illegálisan és erőszakkal szakították el édesanyjától és szerető családjától!

Aladárt a spanyolországi otthonukból (SAN MIGUEL DE SALINAS) a spanyol rendőrség erőszakkal húzta ki az ágyából, a takarója alól, majd az életéért küzdő gyermeket a biológiai apa autójába tuszkolták, aki Magyarországra hajtott vele és elrejtette őt az édesanya és a család elől.

A biológiai apa - aki 5 éve azt sem kérdezte meg "hogy van Aladár?"- azóta súlyosan veszélyezteti a kisfiút, családjától, anyukájától teljesen elzárta, fenyegeti, megfélemlíti, lelki terror alatt tartja! Aladár anyukáját 2024. január 4-én láthatta utoljára, amikor kérte: "Anya! Küldjél értem rendőröket, vigyél haza, az Ádám bánt engem!!"

Sajnos a magyar bíóság gyermekfelügyeleti jogot adott egy ilyen gyermekbántalmazó és elhanyagoló apának, sem a rendőrség, sem az egész gyermekvédelmi rendszer NEM VÉDTE MEG ALADÁRT!

Ezért készült a petíció, hogy a magyar hatóságok, és a bíróság adja vissza őt szerető családjába!

Aladár családjától, anyukájától, és emberi jogaitól, méltóságától bűncselekmény következtében meg lett fosztva!

Espanol: propuesta para modificar la ley de protección de la infancia

Magyar: Alulírottak aláírásunkkal támogatjuk az alábbi 6 pontban megfogalmazott gyermekvédelmi javaslatokat, hogy mielőbb törvénybe iktassák:

English: With our undersigned signature, we support the child protection proposals set out in the following 6 points so that they are enacted into law as soon as possible:

1. In case violation of a minor's personal freedom is a suspected crime should be immediately questioned - from the Court and the from the Guardianship office, with whom the child is placed and whether it is a person who does NOT have the right to take away the child.

2. In every counties of Hungary, as well as one in Buda and one in Pest, there should be a child psychologist who, in case of suspicion of endangering a minor, along with the police arriving at the scene, and can do the primary, immediate psychological examination regarding child abuse. 

3. Perpetrator of domestic violence or child abuse-  the abusing person under no circumstances may he/ she be granted custody of the child and no way he / she gets the right to take away a child, visits can only take place under supervision! (European Parliament, Oct. 6, 2021 resolution)

4. The New York Convention on the Rights of the Child states that every child’s best interest raising in LOVE and HAPPINESS in her/ his own family in safe environment, so don't may a child be torn from his loving, happy family!

5. Each Guardianship Office should provide a qualified child protection officer who is a qualified child psychologist, who must know the Child and the Family!

In all cases, the statement regarding the decision must be obtained, a different decision must be justified.

6. Every Guardianship Office should also have a child advocate with a legal qualification, who can propose immediate action. Rejection of the proposal must be justified.
