Alulírottak felkérjük Magyarország és Románia kormányait , hogy a két ország közti alapszerződésben rögzített alapelveknek megfelelően kezdjenek haladéktalanul egyeztetéseket Székelyföld státusának a rendezéséről Felkérjük ugyanakkor az Európa Tanácsot, hogy ebben a folyamatban vállaljon közvetítő szerepet, hogy a rendezés az Európa Tanács elveinek és dokumentumainak a szellemében valósuljon meg

Solicităm ca guvernele României şi Ungariei, în conformitate cu principiile stipulate în tratatul de bază dintre cele două ţări, să înceapă neîntârziat tratative privind statutul Ţinutului Secuiesc Rugăm totodată Consiliul Europei să-şi asume un rol mediator în acest proces, ca situaţia Ţinutului Secuiesc să se soluţioneze în concordanţă cu principiile şi documentele Consiliului Europei

We ask the governments of Romania and Hungary to begin negotiations regarding the status of Szeklerland, in accordance with the principles laid down in the treaty between the two states signed in 1996 We also call the Council of Europe to assume a mediating role in this process, in order to facilitate, that this process will be carried out according to the principles and documents of the Council of Europe
