Milyen élet az ahol nincs szólásszabadság? Milyen hely az, ahol a politika mondja meg, hogy mi a művészet? Éltem már amikor a három T működött, nem kérek belőle! A művészet az művészet a politika tartsa távol tőle magát, mert ha keveredik, vagy előír, abból még soha semmi jó nem született!!!

Nézetem szerint a művészetnek a dolga hogy reflektáljon a mindenkori politikára megmutatván hol is állunk. Ha a politika átveszi az irányítást a művészet felett, akkor az utolsó ellenhang is elhal. Ilyen helyzetben a megmaradt "művészet" kiszolgálja a politikát és nem (görbe) tükröt tart elé.
Így merre tartunk?

Dear Mona,

Can you also translate the sections where one has to write a name and other data, so that people who don't understand Hungarian can sign the petition, too? I sort of guessed what to put where.

Egy kis személyes...

Legalább két éve mondogatom a menyasszonyomnak, hogy ez és ez fog történni, ha a Fidesz hatalomra kerül. Mindig csak legyintett és csak annyit mondott "Á, dehogy lesz ilyen."
Ma, lefekvés előtt kicsit beszélgettünk a többek között a médiatörvényről, meg általában a jobboldal és benne a Fidesz ámokfutásáról, és csak annyit mondott.
"Rémes, de igazad lett."
És a java még csak most következik...sajnos. :(

Normál körülmények között szakmai bizottságok lennének megbízva azzal, hogy állami díjakra és állami pénzek elosztására ajánlatot tegyenek.

Ahol ez nem működik normálisan, ott többek között Radnóti Sándor és Závada Pál lemondanak a Kussth- és Széchenyi-díj Albizottságának tagságáról. A lemondottak nyilatkozatait és a témával kapcsolatos cikkeket ajánlanám figyelmébe, hátha megváltozik a véleménye.

Hungary must not take european presidency

Hungary must not take the chair in the european presidency. Ignoring the political situation by European Congress Members isn't a appropriate reaction. They have to avoid the transfer of presidency in the EU by Hungary.

Hungary, stand up!

To see such destructive political movements in a neighbor country is demotivating for the people who encourage democracy in Europe. As a german I don't think that antisemitism, the interdiction of a "certain kind of art" and the control of media is the right way to reach a political progress. Furthermore, similar districtions are able to degrade a whole culture. Already hungarian people don't feel save and they have a right to be free.
