In recent decades, the state-owned film, media and entertainment industry in Hungary has fallen into a completely monopol situation.

The most active participants at the "top of the sector" (regardless of their political ideology) have absolutely arranged themselves to continue their activities almost exclusively from state funds at a loss, without market incomes: films, music, television channels, radio, theaters, newspapers, etc.

Overall, this created such a low level for this entire (dominant state + recessive independent) industry, and then here is nothing left but only state support:
Independent private investors will no longer talk to creators of hungarian origin, but there are also problems with small subscribers, many of them avoid all productions of hungarian origin!

For example, if the cost of a national film is 100 forints, it can recover approximately 10 forints. This produces a profitability ratio of approximately -80-90%. (!minus eighty, minus ninety percent!)

So, potential investors already calculates that if they deposits 100 millions, they will only see 10 millions of that as "profit", which actually means a loss of 90 millions! THIS IS A DISASTER!

With such numbers, the chances are reduced to zero for a hungarian-born artist who does not apply or not receive state support!

Because of the state support, there is nothing left but the state support!

The distribution of this state support is not done professionally, but politically, because always the ruling government assigns on public money. The political presence precludes independence and ruins the free contest and unequals the opportunities for all hungarian participants in the complete media and entertainment industry (world)!

It also follows directly from this that in Hungary it is much easier to keep their positions for those public artists in senior positions who abuse their colleagues and subordinates during their work. In a state-supported institution, there is a much greater chance of abuse from a position of power, physical and mental humiliation, and scandal. In many cases, they keep silent about the events for many years, decades or even forever.

Please investigate the contest situation of the (unsupported) independent filmmakers, performers, theaters and media producers in Hungary!

The Hungarian state destroys our sector and industry with hundreds of billions of tax forints annually, and we no longer have a livelihood!

There is no other profession in Hungary that is made so impossible by the presence of the state. We have tried everything and it is impossible to find an investor or sponsor for a Hungarian film! The Office of the Commissioner of Fundamental Rights has already sent our request to the Prime Minister's Office twice, because they have already responded once, but not at all to the problem we outlined.

Two options are possible:

1. The Hungarian state will continue to operate with the hungarian media and entertainment industry from public funds, but only profitably, then the state supported don't harm the unsupported professionals.

or

2. The Hungarian state will stop operating with the Hungarian media and entertainment industry from public money and a real contest will start.

It is an impossible situation that as long as the minority of people working in the hungarian media and entertainment industry expropriate the entire sector and destroy it and ultimately get ahead from the taxes of the majority, while the majority can fight to stay alive thanks to those who use public money to destroy the financial and quality level!
This is absolutely unfair!

Megjött az EU-segély = beindul az NFI!

Két opció lehetséges:

1. A magyar állam folytatja a magyar média- és szórakoztatóipar közpénzből történő üzemeltetését, de akkor csak nyereségesen, hogy az államilag támogatottak ne ártsanak azoknak akiket nem támogat az állam.

vagy

2. A magyar állam leáll a magyar média- és szórakoztatóipar közpénzből történő üzemeltetésével és elindul egy valódi verseny Magyarországon.

Lehetetlen helyzet, hogy amíg a magyar média- és szórakoztatóiparban dolgozó emberek kisebbik része kisajátítja az egész szakmát majd tönkre is teszik azt és végül a nagyobbik rész adójából jutnak előre miközben ez réteg küzdhet az életben maradásért azoknak köszönhetően akik közpénzből rombolják a financiális és minőségi nívót! Ez abszolút igazságtalan!
